Shipping & Returns

IN INDONESIA

Within Indonesia we use XPS Link courier to deliver your purchase. Deliveries occur Monday – Friday at 16.00 Bali Time.

YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE

It is a good idea therefore to make your delivery address one that you know will find you to receive and sign for your delivery.  If you are not there to sign for your delivery, the driver will call you to arrange another delivery.

REDELIVERY

Please note that any redelivery will incur an additional delivery charge of IDR 20,000. This will be charged to your account by Big Size Fashion. Payment will be required before redelivery can take place.

P.O Box addresses will not be accepted as a delivery address.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All charges are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

OUTSIDE INDONESIA

For all purchases sent outside Indonesia we use DHL and other courier, depending on the size and weight of the parcel.

The shipping cost you are charged remains the same regardless of which carrier we use. We will always use the carrier service that allows us to track your parcel.

YOUR SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE

All deliveries sent by either DHL Courier priority require a signature at point of delivery.

You should make sure that you make the delivery address one where someone is able to be present to sign for the delivery.

You may to choose to have your parcel delivered without requiring a signature by selecting the “signature not required” option at the checkout stage of your purchase.

Please note that our shipper does not make calls to advise of delivery.

If you choose this option you are in effect assuming responsibility for the delivery of your purchase.

For our international customers, prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.

Please check with your local customs office for further information.

1) IF YOU’D LIKE A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR

If you would like a different colour or size phone us on 0361 757 658, or email us at info@bigsize.co.id, Monday to Friday between 9am -5pm Bali Timer.

We will arrange this for you as long as the items you want are available.

The exchange item will be sent to you upon our receipt of the original purchase.

2) YOU HAVE 30 DAYS TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM(S)

We must receive the item(s) for exchange within 30 days from the day you receive your purchase.

The standard delivery charge will apply and be debited to your account for the exchanged garment we send you.

 

3) IF YOU WANT TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)

You will be issued with a refund (minus shipping costs) to your account once we receive your returned item.

4) IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE YOUR REFUND

CUSTOMERS WITHIN INDONESIA
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days from the day you receive your purchase.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE INDONESIA
We must receive the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase.

This policy applies to all returns sent to Big Size Fashion for refund or exchange:
When we receive the garments we will contact you for details so that your refund can be processed quickly and securely.

4.1 Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any returns.

4.2 All items purchased online for refund or exchange must be unworn, unwashed with all original tags and labels still intact and attached.

4.3 In the event that we are unable to contact you to finalise a return transaction or your return is outside the policy period, Big Size Fashion reserves the right to return to you, the garments that you have sent to us from the original purchase .

4.4 In the event that an exchange is allowed outside the policy requirements, that exchange will be considered final and ineligible for further transaction.

5) EXCLUSIONS

5.1 Please be aware that we do not offer an “on Approval” service, where you might order a number of styles to decide if you like any of them. We reserve the right to reject any order that we consider falls into this category.

5.2 Selected Special Markdown conditions differ. Details can be found on the product detail page for any Special Markdown designated styles.

5.3 Due to health reasons, body suits are excluded from this policy.

6) FAULTY MERCHANDISE

Big Size Fashion is committed to making the highest standard garments. However in the event that you should recieve a garment that is genuinely faulty, you should advise us either by email or phone call.

You will then send the garment back to us and after we have viewed the fault and established that it is a genuinely faulty garment, we will refund or exchange… which ever is your preference.

We will also credit your account for any costs that you incurred to return the faulty garment to us. Any replacement garment will be sent to you free of shipping charge.
